We are very much aware that our employees are the mirrors that reflect our company to our customers. We therefore, expend a great effort in the selection, Orientation, Training and Review of all employees.
SELECTION: Our selection process is based upon the fact that not only must the employee be right for the company, but the company be right for the employee. We conduct in-depth interviews, along with written testing to insure that the applicant has both the skills and attitude we require. A sample of one test we give is prepared by London House Management.
ORIENTATION: We insure that all employees fully agree to our standards for dress, personal hygiene, work habits and attitude.
TRAINING: Once we have made a decision to hire, we will provide training as long as needed to insure that the individual is capable of working independent of close supervision. All employees are trained in customer relations and sanitation in addition to their specific job responsibilities. Attendance at ongoing in-house training programs is mandatory.
EVALUATION: All employees are evaluated semi-annually, using a proven performance evaluation form. We believe that it is in the best interest of the employee, as well as the company, to insure that we both have the same perspective regarding the quality of work performed.
