Flexible Delivery & Service Options

Variety understands that every school’s serving needs and facilities are different. With that in mind we have developed several different serving methodologies based on varying needs. Some examples:

• We can prepare food at your kitchen or prepare food at our kitchen and deliver it hot to you daily.
• We can prepare food at our kitchen and deliver it to you daily but heat it at your location.
• We can provide meals already completely packaged so that they can be eaten directly in the classroom if need be or we can serve via a buffet/cafeteria service line type system where items are served from serving pans in a steam table.
• We can provide stand alone ala carte programs for older students to augment, or in some cases replace, the traditional lunch program. Our ala carte programs offer a complete selection of nutritious ready to eat salads, sandwiches, wraps, unique beverages and snack items.
• We can provide hot and cold breakfast services, after school snack service, bagged lunch/field trip solutions, catering for staff or board functions and more in addition to or in lieu of lunch service
• We can provide various recommendations and equipment to meet speed of service goals set by your school
